OUR STORY
Essence of Saigon has been open for over 23 years - and it all started with Cathy's dream to share our traditions, culture and food with Calgary. She started the restaurant before her son, Tony, took over in 2015, and has continued to uphold the traditions and standards set by his mother.

Our family wanted to bring our community together, inviting locals and foreigners to experience our way of sharing, enjoying and embracing food.
